It is possible to arrange a late check out with the concierge with extra costs, the service cannot be guaranteed if the hotel is fully booked on the day of departure.
It is possible to request a free cot in the room for children 0-2 years (subject to availability).
Children up to 6 years old can stay for free in their parents’ bed, but if you prefer to have an extra bed you must book the superior room type (for example triple instead of double).
For breakfast, if it is not included in the booking, there is a 50% discount for children 2-6 years, free for children 0-2.
We offer a continental buffet breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00.
Breakfast includes all hot drinks and fruit juices, hot croissants, fresh bread, rusks, jams, nutella, rolling desserts, biscuits, corn flakes, yogurt and a small selection of savory with cooked ham, mortadella, cheeses, tomatoes and olives.
It is possible to book both the rate with breakfast included and the room only rate. The cost of breakfast, if not included in the reservation, is 9 euros. It is possible to add breakfast directly to the hotel without booking it in advance.
At our reception you can leave your luggage in storage both upon arrival and departure to be able to go and visit Venice or Mestre in peace. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
We do not have private parking but it is still very convenient to reach our hotel by car.
We recommend the Park Costa multi-storey car park, a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Cost 12 euros for 24 hours. It is not necessary to reserve the parking space, to be paid on the spot upon departure.
Alternatively, there are public car parks on the street which are free from 20:00 to 08:00 (with a fee of 1.20 euros / hour from 08:00 to 20:00, blue lines). Upon arrival at the hotel, you can reach our reception to leave your luggage and we will show you where to go to park your car.

Those staying in a hotel in the Municipality of Venice and paying the City Tax on the spot do not have to pay the entrance ticket to Venice in effect from 2023.
